What is the Student Portal?
The Student Portal is designed to help students perform their daily tasks smoothly and easily, in order to make the most of the time that students spend daily working on academic events.
I was a part of building up and launching this product, mainly on the visual side. I created and maintained all the needed materials for this project to get finalized.

What is Campus?
The Student Portal is the integrated companion of Campus EMS, Which is a higher Education Management Solution that was designed by BananIT from the ground up, to meet universities' exact requirements. It streamlines information flows and processes and provides work agility for universities.
Campus EMS is a desktop application that was made for the university's staff back office to keep track and manage all student's affairs from applying to graduation.
The Student Portal is the far point on the other side of the spectrum, created exclusively for students to make their academic journey easier.
How-to-use materials for users
The Student Portal UI is made user-friendly by ultimately utilizing all the cloud and browsers properties.
Even so, given the main targeted audience are higher education students. I tried to make it even easier to use the platform by offering How-to and tips and tricks materials for them.
Layout and Design
Booklets and brochures are crucial for B2B marketing and giving out the guidelines of the product or service to the client. and brochures should always be updated as the product or service keep growing.
What I did in this phase is that I added new pages that showcase the Student Portal on the already-designed Campus EMS brochure, While keeping the same style and following the visual brand's guidelines.
Video Editing
Videos are another form of educational and visual communication tools that became very important for every business to have and air out.
With simple, clear, and straight-to-the-point motion in mind. I wrote, edited, and post production those videos to showcase the product and give a clear idea of it's features, how to use it, and what is used for.

Social media is an important part of the online marketing lifecycle. and as much as the content itself matter; a visual companion adds more life to the posts and to get more engagement and interactions.
I created simply-creative designs to push the message even further into the audience's mind and visualize all they need to know and see.
